Can shorter than 100 mm length paper be used with a 100 mm zig zag roller?
I really don’t have any experience rolling my own cigarettes, so I was wondering if I bought a zig zag cigarette roller that is 100 mm, would it be possible to roll cigarettes using shorter length paper, say 78 mm or 70 mm papers?

Yes.
When you put your “tobacco” in the vinylly black plastic, try to center it. After you spin it, or rock it back and forth, insert your paper in the center, lick and spin. If that doesn’t work well for you, try to put it and the paper to one end. Afterwards you can always pack the end in manually.
