why does my visibility improve after smoking water pipe (hookah)?

Whenever I smoke it, I can see more clrealy. is it normal? I’m wearing contacts on both eyes. (-4.75)

not so for me. on examination, i always go straight. smoking compromises my vision. could it be an abberation or a misinterpretation? art is more appreciated with a few toks.
