VTRAQUE VNUM 1790 Coin.?

I found a dark metal (possible pewter) coin. On the front center is a small crown over two over lapping circles, flanked by two columns w/ smaller crowns on the top. Back: FERDND VI D G HISPAN ET IND REX. In the center is a larger crown over a coat of arms (with 4 different emblems in the four quarters). On the left of the coat of arms is ‘MF’ and on the right ‘8′. What is this and where is it from?
Is it worth keeping?
